Oficina de Alertpay cerrará el viernes 2 de abril

Debido a que este viernes 2 de abril es feriado, la oficina de Alertpay estará cerrada y no habrá atención. Esto no afectará el uso de nuestras cuentas, es decir podremos enviar y recibir dinero, incluso hacer uso de las tarjetas de crédito, sin embargo, los depósitos y retiros iniciados antes, después o en ese día, tendrán un retraso de un día hábil.

Además la atención al cliente tampoco estará disponible, ya sea por teléfono o por email.

This is just to let you know that our office will be closed on Friday (Good Friday), April 2, 2010, in celebration of Easter.

This will in no way affect the use of your AlertPay account or your ability to make credit card payments. However, any deposits and withdrawals initiated before, after or on that day will be delayed by one business day.

For example, if you initiate a bank transfer withdrawal on Wednesday, March 31, your transaction may only clear the following Thursday — the latest.

Further note that Customer Support will not be available on that day by phone or email. However, you may still call and leave a message or email us. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
